Level 1 IT Support: Up to $100k+ Super:: Initial 12 month fixed term contract :: Diverse and inclusive culture  
 
Sirius Technology is working with a well-known Australian brand that consistently features in the top 100 places to work in Australia. They are looking to onboard 2 X First Line IT Support Analysts to join their growing team. This really is an excellent place to work and you will be working with some of the best technologists in Sydney.

What you’ll be doing:

-          Level 1 technical support
-          Installation, configuration and admin of Microsoft Windows 10
-          All F2F and call are logged via ticketing system
-          Diagnose and escalating level 1 incidents  
-          Provide high level of Customer Service
-          Provide hardware and software support to clients

Skills needed:

-         Great communication skills
-         Natural problem solver 
-         Great team player with a can-do attitude 
-         Microsoft windows 10
-         Jira Service Desk
-         Previous experience in a top tier MSP highly valued but not essential 
-         Active Directory and O365 admin
-         PowerShell experience is a bonus
