Role :
Looking for an Experienced It helpdesk Level 1 support consultant for a permanent role in Melbourne.
Your Skills & Experience
- Excellent experience of at least 3 year in an IT helpdesk support role.
- Experience troubleshooting network issues.
- Solid experience with Active Directory, Office 365 and Windows 10.
- Any previous exp with It Managed Service providers will be highly recommended.
- Perform general desktop and network administration functions using directory services, applications and web based systems.
- Assist with technical issues over the phone, by email and face to face.
- Good time management skills - able to thrive under pressure.
