Role :

Looking for an Experienced It helpdesk Level 1 support consultant for a permanent role in Melbourne.

Your Skills & Experience

  • Excellent experience of at least 3 year in an IT helpdesk support role.
  • Experience troubleshooting network issues.
  • Solid experience with Active Directory, Office 365 and Windows 10.
  • Any previous exp with It Managed Service providers will be highly recommended.
  • Perform general desktop and network administration functions using directory services, applications and web based systems.
  • Assist with technical issues over the phone, by email and face to face.
  • Good time management skills - able to thrive under pressure.
