Job Description

This company is seeking a Lead Developer to manage a team responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications using .NET. This is an opportunity to step in and take ownership of a growing product.

Responsibilities:
- Mentor and lead a team of developers in creating high-quality software solutions
- Utilize CI/CD pipelines to automate the building, testing, and deployment processes
- Oversee the development of both internal tools and customer-facing applications
- Enhance efficiency and user experience
- Maintain comprehensive and updated documentation for code, APIs, and system architectures

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven experience in leading a development team
- Strong expertise in .NET, React.JS
- Experience with Azure DevOps
- Experience with IoT is desirable
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time and priority management skills to achieve set objectives within timeframes for self and others
