Role & Requirements
- Strong IT Support and Service Desk background
- Experienced in Face-to-Face support as well as Phone and Email based support
- Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills
- Strong understanding of systems, hardware, software, devices
- Understanding of basic network principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Technical skills and a passion for IT hardware and software
- Office 365, Windows 7 & 10, Device Management/Setup (phone, laptop, iPad)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple tasks
- Able to work in a close-knit team of committed professionals
