One of Australia’s leading brands is looking for their next IT Support Engineer to join their large IT department on an initial 3 month contract.
You will be supporting local teams through resolving technical issues. This role is perfect for anyone that is passionate about customer service and troubleshooting to ensure the team is supported. Be valued for your contribution and success. Interview slots available this week.
Location: Sydney
Rate: $575 to $700 per day

- Provide technical support in person and over phone.
- Manage, escalate and resolve issues
- Experience working with AD, Microsoft 365, CommVault and Networking.

- Ability to troubleshoot IT Issues
- Great communication skills is needed
