One of Australia’s leading brands is looking for their next IT Support Engineer to join their large IT department on an initial 3 month contract.

Location: Sydney
Rate: $575 to $700 per day

- Troubleshooting level 2 and level 3 complex technical issues
- Maintain infrastructure systems and work with the desktop support team.
- Provide technical support in person and over phone.
- Manage, escalate and resolve issues
- Experience working with AD, Microsoft 365, CommVault and Networking.
- Mac Support
- Ability to troubleshoot IT Issues
- Great communication skills is needed
