- $70k package
- Temp to Permanent full-time - Immediate start!
- Work from home! 9am - 5pm
Reporting directly to the HR Manager, your role will be coordinating and providing support across the HR function, including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, reporting and adhoc duties
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Reporting - Monthly and quarterly, surveys for off boarding employees
- Administration - Onboarding, contracts, employee letters, employee changes, offboarding, provide support to the HR team
- Inbox - General HR enquiries and respond in a timely manner, advice and guidance to HR policies
- Communications - Update internal communication on website, health & wellness, organising team events and create content for R U ok day and similar events
- HR Projects - Assist with salary reviews, new processes, restructures
- Advanced excel and PowerPoint knowledge - Pivot tables
- Previous experience in a similar role - 2 years + experience
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills
- Team player and self motivated to get the job done
- Prioritisation and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
