Job Description
We are seeking a Functional Analyst for one of our FMCG clients based in the Northern Suburbs of Melbourne. The primary function is as a Functional Analyst responsible for maintaining the client's ERP solution, the second function is to provide support for the IT Manager, through management of IT projects and initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Support users with daily operations and perform ongoing maintenance in the company’s ERP system.
- Liaise with users to develop an understanding of their business issues / requirements.
- Ability to construct Functional / Technical documentation.
- Respond to, investigate & resolve IT issues on a day-today basis.
- Design reports required by the business, test & implement these reports as required based on business priorities.
- Review specifications (where supplied) and suggest improvements where necessary.
- Project management
- CRM
- Tertiary qualification with an IT Degree
- Experience in using ERP systems, preferably JDE (not essential)
- Project Management training (project management qualification viewed favourably)
- Experience in leading a small team viewed favourably
- Experience liaising with users to develop an understanding of their requirements
