An opportunity has arisen for a commercially astute and hands on Finance Manager to lead and mentor this team. This role will see you be part of the Senior Leadership team and taking complete ownership of this role!
The Role:
Reporting to the Finance Director, your responsibilities will include:
- Management of a small team
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Cash flow
- Month end closing
- Preparation and reviewing of journals
- Oversight of CAPEX and Fixed Assets
- Balance Sheet
- Variance Analysis
- Management Reporting
- Year end requirements
- Ensuring statutory requirements are met
- Overseeing AP, AR & Payroll
Requirements:
To be considered, you must demonstrate the following:
- Previous experience in a similar role in a fast paced industry
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work to strict deadlines
- Solid understanding of the fundamentals of Accounting
- CA/CPA Qualified
- The ability to work autonomously
- Exceptional communication skills
- Solutions focused and a pro-active approach
