Job Description


Our client is looking for someone to join their team who will play a pivotal role in providing high-level technical support and pre-sales consultation to their VIP and Enterprise clients. You will also be responsible for growing their clientele at the enterprise level and serving as the primary point of contact for existing clients. You will be tasked with diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to their SaaS platform, ensuring seamless API integrations and efficient utilisation of data analytics tools like Splunk. You will collaborate closely with the sales teams, leveraging your technical expertise to drive sales and provide exceptional service to our enterprise clients. Additionally, this role offers the opportunity to grow out and manage a team as the company goes through a growth phase.

  • Provide expert-level technical support to our top-tier Corporate, Enterprise, and Government accounts, focusing on API integrations and Splunk analytics.
  • Build and maintaining relationships at an enterprise level.
  • Troubleshoot and identify root causes of issues across various platforms, ensuring compliance with contractual SLAs to prevent commercial impact.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers, offering support, maintenance, and advice on all aspects of their SaaS platform.
  • Facilitate technical requirement assessments during the pre-sales process and support sales teams with technical insights and solutions.
  • Manage and oversee enterprise customer projects, including new implementations and migrations, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
  • 5-6 years of experience in SaaS sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Solid technical knowledge and understanding, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on API technologies and data analytics tools like Splunk.
  • Demonstrated experience providing technical support and pre-sales consultation to enterprise-level clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at the enterprise level.
  • Available for full-time onsite work.
