Our client specialises in comprehensive branding solutions, guiding their clients from brand strategy development to captivating designs across print and digital mediums.
As the liaison between our client and our innovative creative team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping brand strategies and executing designs.
Your responsibilities:
- Manage both new and existing client relationships.
- Develop strategies, plan, and report on digital projects, both new and ongoing.
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle for website and application design and development, from initial brief to final delivery.
- Coordinate monthly website maintenance and scheduling.
- Prepare website proposals, cost estimates, and invoices.
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the production team (developers and designers).
- Ensure high-quality project delivery on time and within budget.
- Proven experience in digital marketing.
- Background in account management or comprehensive project management.
- Basic knowledge of web design and graphic design.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- In-depth understanding of digital production, marketing channels, and platforms, including paid media and SEO.
- Ability to effectively handle diverse client personalities and requirements
