The Company
Working for one of Australia's leading manufacturer of industrial tools on a permanent basis. You will be part of a small team who will be supporting over 4,000 users across Australia on a permanent basis.
The Role
Once in this position, you will be part of a team of Service Desk Analysts. This is a completely Microsoft environment and they have recently introduced Office 365 and ServiceNow. Day to day you will be supporting over 4000 employees that are spread across Australia. Technically you will also be working on Application Packaging (SCCM), Mobile Device Management and Powershell scripting.
The Requirements
For this position, you MUST have the following skill set;
- 4 + Years in a Level 2 Desktop Support
- Excellent understanding of the ITIL Process
- Have technical skills in;
- Windows
- Office 365
- HP Desktop
- Application Packaging - SCCM
Further skills which will be beneficial include;
- Mobile Device Managerment
- Scripting Skills - ideally Powershell
You will need full working rights for this position.
This role will be based across two locations. The first being near Parramatta and the 2nd in North Sydney. Both have parking onsite.
The salary for this role is paying up to $80k + Super
