Job Description
Role : Due to the delivery & roll out of a new global IT system an opportunity has arisen for a talented & experienced IT Deployment Coordinator to support the Deployment Lead and Project Team in planning, coordinating and implementing the activities associated with the IT rollout project.
Responsibilities :
Reporting directly to the Project Manager, key duties include the following:
- Deliver deployment timelines identifying all major departmental deployment groups and activities ensuring timelines and activities are consistent with the Project Plan.
- Proactively schedule site workshops to cover each deployment activity ensuring subproject deployment tasks are scheduled for business user responsibility.
- Document & distribute minutes of meetings from Group deployment meetings & follow up individuals on completion of assigned tasks.
- Provide input, execute tasks and updated project plans to reflect the status of the deployment activities.
- Effectively support the team & work closely with key stakeholders both locally & globally to achieve key objectives & positive outcomes.
About You:
- Tertiary qualified in Business, IT or technical operations.
- Sound experience in project deployment & project management.
- Specific industry experience in pharmaceutical, food or manufacturing in a large global organisation is highly desirable.
- Strong technical & analytical skills with the ability to manage complexities.
