The role will involve but is not limited to:
- Answering all telephone queries from customers and reps in a timely and courteous manner
- Ensure all orders are accurately taken and processed into the systems
- Deal with any order queries
- Managing product queries
- Ensure all quotes are kept up to date in the system
- Process all credits within 7 days
- Check and arrange any stock transfers, as required
- Report weekly on items DIFOT and daily counts
- All ad hoc duties as required
- Solid phone-based customer service experience
- Previous within order processing
- Previous experience of handling and resolving customer issues
- A strong team player
- A proactive ‘can-do’ attitude
- Excellent communication skills both written an oral
- Intermediate Word & Excel
- A strong multitasker
