In this role you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service, presenting sales quotes, managing customer budgets, and maintaining effective relationships with staff and customers. Essential skills are strong customer focus, sales experience, problem-solving, and excellent communication.

Their HACCP-approved fleet delivers a wide range of products, including dry goods, frozen goods, meat, poultry, dairy, and freshly prepared vegetables, covering approximately 85% of NSW. They’re team focussed, dedicated to their customers and a juggernaut in their industry.
Duties Include:
- Provide high-quality telephone and reception services with a welcoming and professional manner.
- Present sales quotes and updates on food packages.
- Manage customer budgets and tailor packages to fit their needs.
- Respond to inquiries with a helpful approach, assessing service requirements and providing appropriate responses.
- Maintain effective working relationships and liaise professionally with all levels of staff.
Requirements for this role:
- Strong customer service focus and team player mindset.
- Previous sales and upselling experience.
- Excellent problem-solving, planning, and organizing skills.
- Effective oral and written communication abilities.
- 2+ years experience in customer service and contact centers.
