Reporting to the Team Leader, your main duties will be taking and replying to email or phone queries, warehouse QA checks, troubleshooting and resolving issues and administrative related duties.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Great communication (Written and verbal)
- Attention to detail
- A can-do attitude
- Computer skills
- Be able to keep up in a fast paced environment, juggling priorities and understanding they change all the time.
- Must be available Monday to Friday anywhere from 6am - 5pm (6-2pm, 8-4pm or 9-5pm)
