Job Description

Sirius Support is excited to be assisting a leading organisation within the building supplies industry with the recruitment of a temporary Customer Service Despatch Officer. Reporting into the Customer Service Manager, you will be supporting the customer service and despatch teams to ensure the smooth and efficient despatch of orders. Located in the Prospect area, this immediate start position will be temporary for 2 - 3 months.
  • Immediate start - temporary role
  • Xmas shut down December 20th - January 16th
  • Prospect location
The role:
  • Assist with order/despatch enquiries
  • Issue dockets to drivers and mark on run sheets
  • Match dockets and ensure all are returned
  • Support ad-hoc administration duties as required
The candidate:
  • Previous experience in despatch
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • The ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Be committed to a minimum of 3 months
  • Strong administration and system knowledge
