Reporting directly to the General Manager, your role will be assisting both the Sydney and Melbourne clients. Some of your responsibilities will be customer service based to ensure that all requirements are met, delivery schedules, being the first point of contact, planning, inventory levels, meeting deadlines to ensure product is delivered on time, reception and administration duties:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Customer service - Entering new sales, assisting with delivery requirements, following up with customers and aftercare post sale, monitor delivery schedules, liaising with customers
- Planning - monitoring & planning stock lines, inventory levels, opening and closing order is SAP, work with the manufacturing team to ensure customer needs are met
- Production - meeting deadlines to ensure deliveries meet the demand, scheduling deliveries for delivery to same locations
- Reception & Administration - answering phones, adhoc administration duties
- Strong analytical skills and customer focused
- SAP and MRP Experience
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills
- Team player and self motivated to get the job done
- Excellent presentation and the ability to influence
- Attention to detail
