- Call Centre / Customer Service - 5 roles!
- $32.00 per hour + super
- North Ryde location for training / WFH opportunities thereafter
- Start Monday Monday 15th - Temp to Perm positions available
Scope of Responsibilities:
- Taking inbound calls from customers regarding orders/deliveries
- Assisting with general and product enquiries
- Processing orders
- Liaising with internal stakeholders regarding delivery issues
- Providing accurate ETAs to customers on all orders
- Previous experience in a call centre
- Sound knowledge Metropolitan Sydney
- The ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Outstanding communication skills (written & oral)
