- Processing orders
- Liaising with internal stakeholders regarding delivery issues
- Providing accurate ETAs to customers on all orders
- Building and maintaining business relationships
- Previous experience in phone based customer service & order processing
- Sound knowledge Metropolitan Sydney
- The ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Outstanding communication skills (written & oral)
- Set shifts Monday – Friday (between 6 am – 6 pm)
- 6hr shift every 2nd Saturday (6 am – 12 pm OR 8 am – 2 pm)
