Job Description
Scope of responsibilities:
- Process client orders in SAP
- Be the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Assist clients with intriguing product enquiries
- Ensure issues are resolved effectively in a timely manner
- Manage email enquiries inbox
- Manage and maintaining client information on database
- Investigate any client discrepancies
- Previous experience in liaising with corporate clients
- A professional and proactive attitude
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Fantastic communication skills (both written and oral)
- Previous SAP & Salesforce experience (highly desirable)
- Strong investigation skills with the ability to multitask
- Beautiful offices with harbour views
- Working hours Monday – Friday, 8 am – 6 pm (rotating roster)
