Job Description

We are recruiting a fantastic opportunity to join a global organisation as a Customer Support Representative on a 12 months fixed term contract. Located in the Pyrmont area, this role will be suited to you if you are professional, a confident problem solver and pride yourself on providing a high quality of service at all times.

Scope of responsibilities:

  • Process client orders in SAP
  • Be the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist clients with intriguing product enquiries
  • Ensure issues are resolved effectively in a timely manner
  • Manage email enquiries inbox
  • Manage and maintaining client information on database
  • Investigate any client discrepancies
We are looking for the following:

  • Previous experience in liaising with corporate clients
  • A professional and proactive attitude
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
  • Fantastic communication skills (both written and oral)
  • Previous SAP & Salesforce experience (highly desirable)
  • Strong investigation skills with the ability to multitask
