Working on behalf of my client we are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Contret Foreman/Supervisor to join them on a full-time permanent basis.
Working with one of Australia's leaders in the Construction Industry you will be working on Tier 1 and Tier 2 projects across Sydney NSW, leading a team of 12-20 daily.
This is a hands-on role and you will be expected to assist the team of concreters when needed.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in supervising concrete work, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage all concrete activities on site, including formwork, placement, finishing etc
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and industry standards.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to construction schedules.
  • Manage resources, including labour, equipment, and materials, to optimize productivity and minimize waste.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily activities, progress, and any issues encountered, reporting to senior management as required.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the concrete construction industry.
  • Proven experience with Tier 1 and Tier 2 projects.
  • Strong knowledge of concrete construction techniques, materials, and best practices.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
  • Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
