Are you an experienced Candidate Manager or looking to start a career in Recruitment? We at Industrious People are looking to add a driven individual to the blue collar team offering EXCELLENT opportunities! You will be a vital part of the start to end candidate process and working closely with Consultants.
Responsibilities
- Manage candidate side processes for manufacturing, warehouse & logistics positions.
- Screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the offer process.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and ensure that we are meeting their hiring needs.
- Work with the recruitment team to continuously improve our recruitment processes and strategies.
- Manage candidate data and maintain accurate records in our CRM
- Provide support to our recruitment consultants, assisting with candidate sourcing, market research, and administrative tasks as required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and data
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
