Job Description
- $55,000 - $60,000 + super
- Permanent position
- Blacktown / Penrith location
Reporting directly to the Manager this role is responsible for:
- Interpret all project documentation to produce accurate plans
- Produce marking plans in digital or hard copy format
- Maintain project files
- Coordinate with clients and programs to ensure timely delivery of projects
- Maintain a scheduling calendar to ensure delivery dates and production lead times are correct
- Liaise with Sales, Logistics, Production
- Ensure processes are delivering intended outcomes
- Ability to read and interpret Structural and Architectural drawings
- Strong communication skills, written and oral
- Time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent organisational and prioritising skills
- Good grasp of Math
- General PC Skills
- Experience in using Scheduling software
