***BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST***
Our client's looking for an experienced Business Process Analyst with previous expertise in documenting business process of both their current & future state, primarily around their CRM system.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct Business Process Mapping of Current / Future state - (around CRM Systems)
- Write process maps of business processes using BPMN as language.
- Write process narratives to document detailed process walkthroughs.
- Validate process maps with business process owners or operational staff
Skills:
- Very strong process mapping skills using BPMN as language
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Able to drill down and question process flows across a variety of departments
- Able to effectively work with a range of stakeholders - administrative staff, management and executive management
- Experienced in previous CRM project delivery from a BA / PM perspective
- Team worker - outcome focussed
