Job Description
Our client who is a well-regarded national, non-for-profit organisation that is based in the inner northern suburbs, is seeking a Software Developer with extensive React and .NET experience to join their team.
The role
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Designing and developing new and current software applications as well as monitoring, maintaining and supporting all applications
- Integrating applications through web service APIs and data transfers
- Set up and configure the infrastructure required to run, monitor and maintain applications
- Documenting implemented application functionality, design, topology and architecture to ensure the persistence of knowledge about application setup and behaviour
- Create and manage releases as deployment packages, perform production deployments and set up processes and system to perform the deployments into all supported environments
- Provide business and project users with the knowledge required to effectively plan for the delivery of required application functionality and make decisions about priorities
- Unit and functionality testing of application code, assisting with performance testing, load testing and user acceptance testing
- 5+ years software development experience in C# /.NET
- 2+ years of React or other modern JavaScript framework experience such as Node, Angular, JQuery etc.
- Experience with DevOps and CI/CD processes and tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
