Are you a detail-minded and proactive candidate with strong administration skills? My client, located in North Sydney (close to public transportation) is looking for someone to step into a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will be working in a small administration team and support the greater business with their projects. 6-month position, interview ASAP.
What you will be doing:

What you will be doing:
- Document control and input data using SAP
- Liaise closely with team members and stakeholders across the business
- Consolidate report and draft correspondence
- Review highly confidential matters like contracts and policies
- Create invoices, raise POs, and answer inquiries regarding payment
- Maintain an up-to-date filing system (online & offline)
- Provide admin assistance as required
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Sharepoint)
- High attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Confident communicator; ability to deliver and relay messages to stakeholders across all levels
- Strong administration experience
- Reliable and good teamplayer
- Someone who is able to keep up with tight deadlines
- Strong prioritisation skills
- Easily accessible by train and bus
