ABOUT THE ROLE:
You will be responsible for the below duties:
- Preparation - invoicing, warranty documents
- Maintain database details and monitor warranty claims
- Process payments, reconciliation of warranty sales, and accounts payable
- Reconciliations of warranty sales
- Reporting
- Minimum 1+ years experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills,
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills
- Organised and ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Chinese language advantageous
