Account/Project Manager - Creative & Design Industry
$100,000 + Super + Bonus (negotiable)
Campbelltown Area - South West Sydney

My Client, a leading design, branding, and creative packaging agency is on the lookout for a detail-oriented Account Manager who prides themselves on delivering top-notch client services to small and multi-million dollar companies in Australia.
Reporting to the MD, your duties will include;
Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with Clients
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring overall client satisfaction
Work closely with clients to understand their design needs and project objectives and liaise this with Graphic Designers and internal/external teams
Handling projects from start to finish - with support from the entire team
Project managing a new brand of a client company
Oversee the end-to-end execution of design projects, ensuring they align with client expectations and quality standards
What do you need?
Previous experience in account management and/or project management
Print/graphic design knowledge
Highly detail-oriented with a creative nature
Organised and adaptive
Process and results-driven
A natural peoples person
