My Client, a leading design, branding, and creative packaging agency is on the lookout for a detail-oriented Account Manager who prides themselves on delivering top-notch client services to small and multi-million dollar companies in Australia.
Reporting to the MD, your duties will include;
- Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with Clients
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring overall client satisfaction
- Work closely with clients to understand their design needs and project objectives and liaise this with Graphic Designers and internal/external teams
- Handling projects from start to finish - with support from the entire team
- Project managing a new brand of a client company
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of design projects, ensuring they align with client expectations and quality standards
- Previous experience in account management and/or project management
- Print/graphic design knowledge
- Highly detail-oriented with a creative nature
- Organised and adaptive
- Process and results-driven
- A natural peoples person
