Our client is a leading company in the large-scale events and exhibitions industry, renowned for their expertise in creating immersive experiences for clients here in Australia as well as Internationally. They are currently seeking a talented and confident Account Manager to join their team based in Derrimut, Melbourne. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a small team, work on exciting projects, and contribute to the success of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop existing client accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Utilise operational understanding and expertise in large-scale events and activations to oversee project management from conception to completion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate production, logistics, and execution of projects, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships, identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and drive revenue growth.
  • Demonstrate a creative flair and attention to detail in developing innovative solutions to meet client needs and exceed expectations.
  • Maintain flexibility in work hours, particularly during peak seasons, to accommodate project demands and client requirements.
  • Background in operations, hospitality, or large-scale events and activations is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in account management, relationship building, and sales within a similar industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences and exceeding client expectations.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
