One of my client, a boutique Financial Services Firm, is looking for an ambitious, detail-minded, and organised EA to work alongside a business professional. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to take on a more business focused role. You will wear multiple hats, juggle many things, and no two day is the same. Challenging, yet rewarding and you will grow personally and professionally. Support a switch-on and driven boss and help to manage a small team.
What you will do:
- Diary management and travel arranagment
- Compliance
- Manage, update, and maintain multiple database
- Liaise with clients and build rapport
- Look after a team and keep track of their KPIs
- Drive company to growth and success
- Keep a tidy and organised filing system
Who are you?
- Driven and enjoys wearing multiple hats
- Have previous experience with boutique and small companies (<10)
- Experience in the financial industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Enjoys building the team and working towards a bigger goal
- Detail-minded and organised
- Strong IT skills and tech savvy
