Abstract:

Creating a culture of engagement requires more than completing an annual employee survey and hoping your hiring manager will learn something from the survey results. We will be looking into how your business can keep your Technology team engaged.

About Edwin:

Edwin has 20+ years of experience in consultancy, project/program management and people management. He is the Technology Transformation Program Manager at MLC Life Insurance, where he works closely with the CIO to engage and get the Technology and Business team "Future Ready." Edwin is passionate about helping the underdogs, and encouraging others to achieve their dreams.

KRUTI PATEL

"Engaging Businesses"

Abstract:

How do small businesses engage in their departments? How should you engage your Tech team in your company? Let's talk about some helpful tips on engaging businesses and how to get the most out of collaborating with different bodies within your company.

About Kruti:

Kruti has 11+ years of experience in mobile technology development and has managed development teams at various product companies. Kruti is the CTO at Shebah, the all-women rideshare company, and the founder of YoungCodersAU, a not-for-profit organisation that teaches children how to code. She is passionate about increasing the number of women in Technology and aims to share her knowledge and expertise within the industry. Kruti has spoken at a number of Technology events and workshops, including Pause Festival, Future Assembly and Google Developers meet-up.

IVAN DENNIS

"Engaging Customers"

Abstract:

How you can achieve better outcomes through reshaping thinking to be customer-first focused and putting the power in the hands of the users.

About Ivan:

Ivan has 15+ years of experience in analytics and the delivery of insights to customers and clients. At Tandem, his role is about driving understanding of performance, providing insights and recommendations to both internal and external customers. In his spare time, Ivan competes in triathlons around the world and punishes himself by running marathons.
