- Mark is a Senior Business Analyst and Scrum Master with experience working on large scale IT, digital, system migration and business transformation projects using Agile, Scrum and Waterfall frameworks for 14 years in the Financial Services industry.
- Experienced in customer-centric digital design solutions that optimise the user’s experience across multiple browsers and mobile devices (iOS and Android).
- This includes conducting data analysis, producing management reporting and web analytics dashboards which identify opportunities and enable effective business decisions for senior leaders.
