Before joining Sirius, I worked as a Service Consultant since 2017 and eventually got promoted to Senior 360 Consultant within the blue collar space..

I enjoy the challenge that comes with recruiting within the blue-collar industry because no day is ever the same. To me transparency is key. I advise my clients at all times of where we are  in the recruitment process. My goal is to create a seamless process and add  additional value to my clients that goes beyond the recruitment process.

For my candidates: I understand how tiring the recruitment process can get. A key focus of mine is staying close to my candidates and constantly keeping an eye out for opportunities that fit their skills. I love being able to give them the opportunity to reach their professional and personal goals.
