I have over 25 years’ experience in the recruitment industry (12 years with Sirius People)! I fell into recruitment while temping to save money for a Europe trip, and have been passionate about my career ever since!

Having started in recruitment prior to the digital media boom (social media, job boards, and websites), I have seen major changes to the industry; but one standout truth has remained. Recruitment is all about the people! Throughout my time, I have developed long-term relationships built on honesty and integrity. When I talk about partnering with people, I mean it! It's very similar to dating - finding that perfect match!!

I am a hands-on recruitment consultant with my clients and candidates, whilst also running Sirius Support. When connecting a candidate to a client, we believe in finding the right candidate based on your culture and values. We know how important it is to find a candidate who’s a perfect culture fit, with a high emotional intelligence, along with the right skill set. It’s how we hire internally at Sirius as well! In fact, most recruitment consultants in the Sirius Support Team have been with us for 5-8 years. In an industry with high turnover, that’s pretty amazing!
