Job Description

Provide all rounded office admin support. Assist with purchase orders using SAP and engage with customers. Friendly and cosy office with good hours.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Temp to Perm. All rounded admin role including office support, customer service, inventory checks, tracking shipments etc. Not an extremely busy role where you have to take work home, but there is a enough to do to keep you busy.

  • Warehouse administration and basic warehouse duties
  • General office support (courier, stationary order, petty cash etc)
  • Manage deliveries and update customers on time line
  • Update customer information on database
  • Answer questions and enquiries from customers
