Job Description
The organisation has been a Salesforce customer for nearly 8 years and has an array of Salesforce products including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, FSL, CPQ, Communities and Marketing Cloud. They have a small team of Salesforce professionals with a mixture of administrative and development skill sets. The organisation will be embarking on a digital transformation focused around (i) Upgrading legacy APEX code to modern, more automated solutions (ii) Bringing across new business areas and processes into the Salesforce platform.
With a focus on the customers that interact with their Salesforce platform, the business want a fresh focus on User Experience which using this technology.
This is a brand new role which encompasses the new focus on User Experience on the Salesforce platform. This includes focusing on the User Adoption of the platform, App and mobile app designs, Portal Designs and training experiences.
This role would suit someone who has a blended techno / functional knowledge of the Salesforce platform. Ideally with strong configuration skills and also ability to work with the end users and understand their needs and how they would use the Salesforce solutions. Development skill sets would be a bonus but not necessary.
