Reporting directly to the Manager on site, your main duties will include:
- Scheduling deliveries to meet customers’ needs and requirements across NSW
- Managing the daily delivery schedule to ensure maximum deliveries are achieved whilst complying with COR legislation
- Producing and uploading delivery dockets to our Transport Management System
- Communicating with the customer and sales team when issues arise on site to resolve the issue;
- Providing advice to internal and external customers on the best delivery method for their delivery
- Assist with customer service duties, including supporting the sales team as required
- Strong time management, administration and organisational skills.
- Computer literacy (Word and Excel)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to complete multiple tasks with varying levels of priority.
- Willingness to be a team player and support various areas of the business when required.
