This is a full-time opportunity with an immediate start and opportunity for permanency for the right candidate.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role or in a training/RTO environment.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Customer Service experience
- Strong professional communication (Written and verbal) and highly organised
- Intermediate to advanced MS Suite skills and highly proficient using a CRM system
- Ability to adapt quickly within a fast paced, high pressure environment
- Strong team player with the ability to lead
- Able to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities
