A globally successful Fin Tech are looking to add a Technical Writer/ Document controller to their new team based in Chatswoods CBD office.
If you love technology and are eager to explore new technologies, with a keen interest in the financial trading domain then this could be the perfect match! You will thrive in leading the creation and maintenance of a multi-platform suite of Apps that will work across all Apple & Android devices - work with clients such as Alibaba !
The role:
- You will build and prepare user tutorials, quick start guides and product specification documents.
- Responsible for technical and non-technical documents
- Work with a variety of stakeholders to achieve and synergise documentation needs
- Maintain social media including Facebook page, twitter, blog, website contents
- Storyboarding and storytelling
Skills required:
- Web Application, API and Mobile application technical writer
- Experience Windows Server, VMWare, AD, ADFS, Azure, Exchange, Networking, Firewalls, Security Appliances
- High attention to detail, spelling and grammatical
- Able to write Chinese would be highly regarded
