The Company
This company is a Software Vendor in the sporting industry. Australian Grown organisation based in the Sydney CBD.
The Role
Once in this role, you will be working as part of a support team specifically focusing on the upgrades and installation of SQL Database and the creation of reports using Crystal Reports. You will be dealing directly with their external clients providing excellent customer service to them. Day to day you will be using your SQL script writing skills, along with your reporting skills. This is a small environment where they will be looking to train you up to an extremely high standard.
The Requirements
- As this is a client facing position, you will need to have excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong background in a Technical Support position
- Good knowledge of SQL Scripts (Reading and Writing)
- Ideally, some knowledge of Crystal Reports, although not critical.
- You must have full working rights for Australia and be based in Sydney currently
