Technical Architect
The Technical Architect is responsible for making outstanding technical solutions, architecting multi-channel digital applications and overseeing technical design build and maintenance. You will be responsible for ensuring the production of robust scalable solutions that are clever, beautifully crafted digital products. In this role you'll inspire your colleagues to create ground-breaking work, and encourage our clients to think more ambitiously about the technical potential of their brand.
Core responsibilities
- Technically lead the software development teams
- Contribute strongly to discussions/design
- Provide technical mentoring
- Provide solutions to real problems
- Reliably estimate features and core pieces of work
- Ensure performance and reliability of the software
- Contribute to maintaining the existing systems
- Responsible for the technical delivery of projects from pitch through to delivery
- Solution design and specification, which platforms, technologies, patterns to use to best meet requirements
- Create technical proposals, ensuring they are implementable and proposing alternatives as necessary
- Ensure solutions are tested, scalable, security compliant, optimised, documented and relevant coding standards and best practices are maintained
- Work collaboratively across disciplines both inside and outside the group to ensure the best product is built
- Technical planning, working closely with project management to ensure that we make best use of our technical staff
The Role:

The Tech:
- WebAPI2, REST and WCF/SOAP experience.
- C# SOLD
- Identity frameworks like OAuth2 / OpenID
- Experience designing a Domain using DDD
- Practical SOA experience
- Scalable Microservice design experience
- Knowledge about the digital ad tech industry
- Experience with Serverless architecture
- Experience with both Scrum & Kanban
