My client in the Financial Services sector supports Australians through their different life phases. You will be working in an organisation going through a Technology Uplift where they are seeking to be the best at what they do. Your role will be a key optimiser and enabler to the transformation project and assisting the business to be the best it can be while working with smart and empowered people.
You will be responsible for the Data Warehouse solution on AWS from the Architecture through to the implementation. There will also be a project pipeline including upcoming data migration project from end of life legacy systems to the new environment. You will be working to agile methodology.

Your role:
- Implement new technology and platforms (solution design through to production solution)
- Proven knowledge in AWS in relation to best practice and data warehouse design
- CICD Automation
- You will be acting as an internal Consultant liaising with stakeholders and guiding them to follow best practice from design, governance, integration and security.
- You will be responsible for the data roadmap and vision for the platform team (design and strategy)
- You will be responsible for the platform maintenance and support including documentation and ensuring governance is adhered to.
You will need:
- Relevant Tertiary Qualification (IT, Software Engineering or ITS)
- Demonstrated experience in a Data Platform role
- Ideally Consulting experience or has worked as an internal Consultant (excellent communication and stakeholder management skills)
- CICD Integration experience is essential
- Building and maintaining data pipelines
- Proven experience working in an AWS environment
- Soft skills - Must be self-managed, proactive and a team player
- Must have full Australian working rights (no sponsorship possible)
