A leader in the Insurance Industry has announced and exciting acquisition which requires multiple Tech Leads to join a high performing team in Sydney CBD.
Multiple positions available for experienced Tech Leads with a background in insurance, Investments or superannuation business domains.
Responsibilities:
- Delivering on projects associated with the acquisition
- Managing a team of 5-10 developers
- Coordinating design and development to SDLC methodologies
- Develop technical solutions
- Conduct R&D which could improve techniques and technologies which are more efficient
Skills required:
- Strong technical background, experience in complex technology environments
- Experience in delegation and managing a team
- Strong stakeholder skills and ability to work effectively across all levels of the business
- Strong experience in .Net and SQL
- Experience in a similar project i.e "lift and shift" migration (desirable)
