My client in North Sydney is looking for a Team Assistant to join their marketing team. This is a 6-month contract and this will be a great role for someone who is immediately available and has what it takes to support a busy and dynamic team. Are you up for a rewarding challenge?
Responsibilities:
- Provide administration support to a busy marketing team
- Coordinate travel, hotel, and logistics; prepare and log expenses and reimbursements
- Assist the team with marketing projects (update website, prepare materials, power point presentations)
- Monitor and maintain the CRM
- Generate report (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
- Prepare meeting materials and follow up post-meetings
- Arrange internal events (eg. Team building)
Requirements:
- Pro-active with solid experience as a team assistant
- Result oriented and process driven
- Organised and flexible personality
- Great communication skills - clear and concise
- Good computer skills and tech-savvy
- Immediately available and someone who can commit to 6 months
