Do you have experience as a team assistant? You don't need to have to experience in marketing as long as you are a passionate admin assistance and someone who is highly organised, proactive, and communicates well with various stakeholders. Responsibilities:
- General day to day admin support to the greater team (10+ people in Sydney)
- Make travel arrangement and help with expense reimbursement
- Upload content on company website
- Communicate with external vendors (e.g. graphic designers)
- Coordinate team meetings and be responsible for the prep, presentation, and follow-up
- Organise internal events
- Inbox management
- Monitor CRM
Requirements:
- Experience handling team travel and inbox
- Passionate and driven
- Great organisation skills and ability to pick up skills quickly
- Adaptable and happy to work in a energetic team
- Good communicator and strong interpersonal skills
- ASAP start and someone who can commit to 6 months
