Responsibilities:-
- Manage multiple diaries and coordinate team travel
- Assist with all rounded administration matters
- Be the key go-to person and relay messages to the correct parties
- Create presentation and prepare material for meetings
- Drive team building events and organise catering, venue reservation etc.
- Monitor and maintain the tidiness and accuracy of the CRM and database
- Provide support on projects with tight deadlines
- Communicate closely with internal and external stakeholders
Skills & Requirements:-
- Personable with a flexible and friendly personality
- Ability to work independently
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Driver and happy to be the go-to person
- Ability to communicate professionally (written and verbal)
- Detail-minded and extremely organised
- 3-month contract
