Job Description
Key responsibilities will include:
- Assist with coordination of recruitment campaigns and talent pool to ensure workforce requirements of the business model are met
- Work with managers to identify recruitment and supply trends and develop strategies to address these proactively
- Ensure information is appropriately maintained throughout recruitment processes and campaigns to ensure transparency of process
- Managing recruitment processes end to end
- Strategic sourcing
- Advising of hiring managers on recruitment solution
Position Requirements
- Excellent Communication and Stakeholder engagement skills
- Customer service focus
- Substantial recruitment experience, preferably internal
- Ability to work autonomously and be a self-starter
- A "can do" positive attitude with excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and business acumen
- Ability to build robust internal and external relationships
