Your main duties will include:
- Internally recruit SalesForce Technicians and SalesForce Ambassadors
- Start to end internal recruitment process
- Implement your own ideas and recruitment strategies to make the company boom!
- Attend occasional SalesForce events
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and potential clients for future business
- Onboarding and offboarding
- Check ins with candidates and clients
- 1-3 years experience in a HR recruitment team
- The ability to build relationships and rapport with clients and customers
- IT Recruitment experience is a bonus but not needed!
