This growing global organisation is looking for a strong Software Development Team Lead on a permanent basis to join a growing team. They need a strong leader who is passionate and enthusiastic about cutting edge technology. You will have 7-10 direct reports in this role.
Skills & Experience required:-
- 2+ strong Leadership experience leading software development teams
- Able to coach and mentor a team
- Key technologies including: Java J2EE, Oracle database, HTML5
- BONUS requirements: Angular/Angular6
- BONUS requirements: .NET C#, Microsoft SQL database, and SharePoint.
- AGILE/Waterfall development practices
- End to End Software Delivery
- Exposure and experience in driving new and innovative practices throughout organisations (e.g. development methodologies)
- Exceptional influencing and stakeholder management skills
- Strong overview, planning and organisation skills
- Experience in leading and developing individuals and teams
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
