A market leader within the Banking sector seeking a Backend Engineer to support the back office operations of the business on an initial 6 month contract with opportunities for extension.

Murex/ Calypso back office experience

Skillset & Mindset

Experience in risk management and trading systems within the banking sector

Skilled in Backend Java including Unix scripting, jms

Integration expertise

Understanding/ Experience with Calypso or Murex applications (FX, commodity, equity, and fixed income products, pricing, risk, back office).

An entrepreneurial mindset is key to the culture of the team

Work independently with minimal supervision as well as in team settings
